Booking & Pricing

What are your hire rates?
Our daily rates are: SANY SY16C (1.75T) - $200/day, SANY SY35U (3.5T) - $355/day, SANY SY50U (5T) - $485/day, and CAT 249D Loader - $385/day. All prices are plus GST. We also offer multi-day discounts and a Weekend Warrior special on the SY16C for $375 (Fri-Sun).
Is there a minimum hire period?
Minimum hire periods depend on your delivery zone. Zone 0 (0-20km from Capalaba) has a $50 + GST delivery fee and a 1-day minimum. Zone 1 & 2 require a 1-day minimum. Zone 3 & 4 require a 2-day minimum.
Do you offer discounts for repeat customers?
Yes! Repeat customers receive 10% off all future equipment hires. We also offer discounts for longer hire periods and bulk bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and bank transfer. Payment is required upfront for new customers. Approved repeat commercial customers may be eligible for 14-day payment terms.

Delivery & Pickup

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout South East Queensland within a 150km radius of Capalaba. This includes Brisbane, Redlands, Logan, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Toowoomba.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is $50 + GST within 20km of Capalaba (Zone 0). Beyond that: Zone 1 (20-60km) is $150+GST, Zone 2 (60-80km) is $350+GST, Zone 3 (80-100km) is $450+GST, and Zone 4 (100-150km) is $600+GST.
What are your delivery hours?
Delivery and pickup times are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Same-day delivery is available for most Brisbane metro areas when you book before 10am.
What site access do I need for delivery?
You'll need clear access for our truck and trailer. The delivery area should be firm, level ground. If you're unsure about access, send us photos or give Clint a call to discuss.

Equipment & Experience

Do I need experience to hire equipment?
While we don't require formal tickets for dry hire, you should have some experience operating earthmoving equipment. We provide a basic run-through at delivery for less experienced operators, plus operator manuals and safety guides.
What attachments are included?
Each machine comes with a selection of buckets included in the hire price. Additional attachments are available: Auger ($55/day), Hydraulic Grab ($50/day), and Slasher ($200/day for the CAT 249D).
Are the machines civil site compliant?
Yes, all our equipment is civil site compliant with full documentation. We're also proud members of the Hire and Rental Industry Association (HRIA).
What if the machine breaks down during my hire?
Contact us immediately. For minor issues, we can often troubleshoot over the phone. For major breakdowns, we'll arrange a swap or repair as quickly as possible. All our equipment is fully insured and maintained to the highest standards.

Insurance & Safety

Is the equipment insured?
Yes, all equipment is fully insured. However, you are responsible for the equipment during the hire period and must carry your own liability insurance. A security deposit may be required for high-risk jobs.
What happens if I damage the equipment?
You're responsible for any damage during the hire period. Report any damage immediately. Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Do you provide safety documentation?
Yes, we provide comprehensive safety documentation including pre-start checklists, operator guides, and emergency procedures. All equipment comes with full operational manuals.
